Description
The Type 42.2 Ti, rated for 42 000 rpm, is a fixed angle rotor designed to centrifuge up to 72 tubes at a 30-degree angle to the axis of rotation. Used in Beckman Coulter class H, R, and S preparative ultracentrifuges, the rotor develops centrifugal forces that can efficiently separate intact viruses, microsomes, and lipoproteins in small-volume samples.
