The CombiFlash NextGen 300+ is a fully featured purification system designed to deliver high performance, user safety, and simplified operation. It offers a wide flow rate range of 1 to 300 mL/min and supports pressures up to 300 psi (20 bar). The system is equipped with a solid load injection valve that can be bypassed for liquid injections.
Integrated RFID technology automatically recognizes the size and type of RediSep or RediSep Gold columns and applies appropriate default settings for flow rate and gradient. This smart automation extends to the fraction collection racks, reducing the risk of overfilling or missed tubes.
Standard features include active vapor, solvent, and waste level monitoring, ensuring uninterrupted runs and minimizing mess. With its intuitive PeakTrak software, real-time method editing, and optional ELSD detection, the NextGen 300+ is ideal for both routine and complex flash chromatography tasks.
