CytoFluor Series 4000 Fluorescence Multi-Well Plate Reader
This system quantifies soluble and cell-associated fluorescence. The fluorescence is measured by a photomultiplier tube in a light-proof detection chamber. The detected fluorescence data is displayed as arbitrary fluorescence units.
