The gentleMACS Octo Dissociator is an innovative benchtop instrument for automated tissue dissociation or homogenization. Multiple samples can be processed with maximum flexibility. The gentleMACS Octo Dissociator provides for gentle but efficient tissue dissociation for cell separation, cell analysis, or cell culture as well as thorough tissue homogenization for subsequent subcellular or molecular analyses. The instrument is also available as heated version capable of incubating the samples and running mechanical and enzymatic dissociation procedures in one step.
